How to list a domain for sale on Afternic after registering it on GoDaddy

In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to list a nested domain for sale on Afternic if you purchased it through GoDaddy.

Afternic is a domain marketplace that allows you to list your domains for sale across a wide network of partner sites, increasing your chances of finding a buyer.

Step 1: Create an Afternic Account

If you don’t already have one, create an Afternic Account.

Open your browser and go to https://www.Afternic.com.

Click ‘Sign In’, and then ‘Create an Account’.

You will arrive here:

Enter your ‘Email’, ‘Username’, and ‘Password’, and then click ‘Create Account’.

You may be asked to verify your account with a verification code. Use the verification code sent to the email you entered above:

Complete your ‘Account Profile’ and click ‘Save’.

Step 2: Link Afternic to GoDaddy

Make sure that you are signed OUT of your Afternic account.

Open your browser and go to https://www.afternic.com

Click ‘Sign In’.

Click ‘Sign In with GoDaddy’:

Enter your GoDaddy username and password. Click ‘Sign In’.

You will see a screen asking you to connect your account to Afternic.

Click ‘Continue’ to connect your GoDaddy account to Afternic.

You will see a screen asking you to either create an account, or link an existing account.

Click ‘Link my existing account’.

You will then be asked to sign in.

Step 3: List the Domain on Afternic

Click ‘Add Domains’ from the left side bar.

Select the domain you want to sell, and then set a price.

You may need to click the table arrow > to scroll for more prices.

Buy Now Price: Allows buyers to immediately buy the domain at the price you enter.

Floor Price: The minimum price that you will accept. If a broker negotiates a price at or above the floor price, the sale will be completed.

Minimum Offer: The minimum price you are willing to sell your domain for.

Sale Lander: A sale lander is essentially an advertisement that lets visitors to your domain know that the domain is for sale.

If you select this option you will be asked to choose the type of Sale Lander template that you would like to use.
